Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Mikhail Mukhanov, trading as Datalift, ul. Obrzeżna 1B/59, 02-691 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 7011125393. Contact: [email protected], +48 517 773 822.

What we collect

When you submit the form: your name, work email, company, the kind of help you choose, your phone number if you provide it, and your answers to the readiness self-check together with its result. The self-check itself runs in your browser; your answers are not sent to us unless you submit the form. Technical data: a pseudonymised (hashed) IP address used for spam protection, approximate location derived by our hosting provider, the page you came from and campaign parameters (such as utm tags) if present.

Why and on what legal basis

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months from your request, unless we enter into a contract, in which case the contract terms apply.

Who processes it for us

Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not identify individual visitors. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technical cookies to protect the form from bots.

Only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC). It sets cookies to measure which ads lead to requests and, when you submit the form, sends Google a hashed (pseudonymised) copy of your email and, if given, phone number so the request can be matched to the ad click (enhanced conversions). Legal basis: your consent, GDPR art. 6(1)(a). If you click “Decline”, the tag is not loaded. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

No automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
